Kristen Weiler currently holds the position of Technical Sales Representative with Alpha Analytical.  She holds a BS degree in Chemistry and has over 25 years in-depth experience in environmental analytical laboratory operations. With experience in organic extractions and analysis, both as an analyst and supervisor, project management, data validation, and business development, she understands the importance of quality laboratory work, attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and exceeding customer expectations.

Kristin currently sits on the BCONE Advisory Council and PA Expansion Board.

Beth Brandt is currently the Sales Manager at Suburban Testing Labs, located in Reading, PA. Her 26 years of environmental industry experience have included time spent at the bench-level in the laboratory in the microbiology, metals, extractions and general chemistry areas. In her current role, Beth utilizes her gained knowledge and experience to assist the laboratory in acquiring needed insight to pursue advanced technical markets in PA, NJ, DE, MD and beyond. She serves as a mentor to sales, customer service and laboratory staff, and has direct responsibility for business acquisition and growth of new accounts and new markets. She regularly attends and presents at industry events, seminars, trades shows and industry associations.

Victoria Bisbing is a project manager at BrightFields, Inc., a woman owned business located in Wilmington, Delaware.  Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Ursinus College and her Master’s degree in Applied Geoscience from the University of Pennsylvania.  She has over 10 years of experience performing and managing site investigations and remedial actions for industrial, commercial, and government clients.  She is experienced in: project planning; proposal preparation; managing project technical tasks, budgets, and schedules; organizing and directing project teams; preparing work plans, sampling and analysis plans, and health and safety plans; collecting multi-media samples; evaluating analytical data; and preparing risk assessments and technical reports for Phase II, Brownfield, and Remedial Investigations.  In addition, Victoria has managed remedial action projects, including: preparing Feasibility Studies; developing cost estimates and written Remedial Action Plans; performing oversight of remedial actions; and preparing Completion Reports.  On all of her projects, Victoria manages and tracks budgets and schedules, ensures technical quality, and communicates with the client and regulators.

Jennifer Poole is a project geologist at Pennoni in Philadelphia, PA and holds a Professional Geologist license in Pennsylvania. She specializes in subsurface field investigations and remedial investigations at industrial sites. Ms. Poole is responsible for field investigations, reporting, and remediation programs for RCRA, CERCLA, NRCS, ISRA, IEC, and Act 2 sites in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Prior to joining Pennoni, Jennifer worked at a couple of other environmental consulting firms following working as an exploration geologist & geochemist at a midsize oil and gas exploration company and in numerous environmental laboratories. Ms. Poole has her Masters of Science in Geology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Poole has been a member of SWEP since 2013 and is the SWEP Treasurer and is also on the Scholarship and Grant selection committee.

Ann Smith is an Environmental Sales Executive with Eurofins-QC. She has over ten years’ experience in environmental services and project management in a variety of industries –from manufacturing, energy, education, transportation, and pharmaceutical to various government agencies. She has extensive environmental experience relating to waste management, waste characterization, hazardous material inventories, environmental remediation, field sampling, and asbestos abatement. Ms. Smith also has experience with storage tank (AST and UST) management and cleaning, tank removals, site investigation and remediation; and fuel system maintenance. Her experience also includes estimating, site assessment, staffing and scheduling, client correspondence, project management, regulatory permitting, invoicing, billing, reporting, and proposal writing. Ann earned her BS from Immaculata College.

Yolanda F. Pagano, Esq., CPA

Yolanda Pagano is  former Senior Manager, Global Sustainability at Keystone Foods, where she manages the execution, integration and advancement of the company’s global sustainability program, KEYSTAR. Keystone Foods is a a global food services company that supplies the world’s finest consumer brands with high-quality, fresh and frozen animal protein products. Yolanda is a licensed attorney and CPA who began her career in public accounting with KPMG nearly 30 years ago. She then joined Exelon Corporation, where she led implementation of several multi-disciplinary, enterprise-wide, transformative programs including the climate change program. In her immediately prior position, she led the sustainability practice at OBG, an engineering and environmental consultancy. Yolanda serves on the Board and as Treasurer of A Call to the Bar: Lawyers for Common Sense on Climate Change, as Secretary and Board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals, on the Executive Advisory Council of the PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies at Montclair State University and on the Executive Committee of Villanovans for Sustainability. She was awarded her J.D. from the Villanova University, School of Law and her B.S. in accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.

Jessica Stearns is a geologist/project manager at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., in Philadelphia, PA where she specializes in environmental site investigation and remediation. She currently manages several investigation and remediation projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but also has project experience in Delaware, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, and West Virginia. Ms. Stearns holds a BS/BA in Geology and Applied Anthropology from Appalachian State University and a MS in Environmental Policy from the University of Denver. Prior to joining GZA in 2015, Ms. Stearns was a geologist at an engineering consulting firm located in Raleigh, NC. She has been a member of SWEP since 2015.

Rebecca Buchanan is an Impact Assessment Project Manager with AECOM in their Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office.  Ms. Buchanan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Regional Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). She has over fifteen years of experience in project management, environmental permitting, and resource impact assessment and has worked on projects in a variety of fields including electrical utilities, oil and gas, and land development.  She has wide-ranging environmental experience with stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, waterways and wetlands, and threatened and endangered species. Ms. Buchanan also has considerable experience with environmental compliance  and regulatory permitting under Pennsylvania's Chapter 92, 102 and 105 programs . Her experience also includes project management, budgets, scheduling, proposal writing, regulatory agency and client coordination, reporting, and staff management and development.

Amy Corr is a Corporate Account Manager for Pace Analytical Services.  She has over 20 years of industry experience, with over 15 years in the analytical testing arena and 5 years in consulting with a company that specialized in DOE waste management projects.  Her project management and business development experience includes supporting clients’ projects and programs in accordance with state and federal environmental regulations, including USEPA RCRA, CERCLA, Superfund; PA Act 2; NJDEP Site Remediation Program, and oil and gas development within the Marcellus Shale.  Amy earned a BS in Biology from St. Joseph’s University.

Ammie Martin is a Senior Technical Chemist and the Corporate Quality Assurance and Training Specialist at Environmental Standards, Inc. out of their Valley Forge, PA office. Ms. Martin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University. She has over 15 years of diverse environmental laboratory and quality assurance experience. As a Senior Technical Chemist, she manages several data validation projects; is responsible for the validation of organic, inorganic, and radiological analytical data; and audits laboratory facilities. As the Corporate Quality Assurance and Training Specialist, Ms. Martin oversees the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), prepares data validation standard operating procedures (SOPs), and develops internal training programs to train quality assurance chemists.

Erin Rodgers is a Principal Chemist with Environmental Standards, Inc. out of their Valley Forge, PA office. She has over 15 years of environmental laboratory and quality assurance experience. In this role, Ms. Rodgers is responsible for managing corporate laboratory programs for several industrial clients and routinely performs data validation, laboratory audits, performance evaluation studies, and forensic evaluations. Additionally, she can be found presenting and exhibiting at various conferences and trade shows and mentoring and training junior staff in the office. Erin received her BS from West Chester University.

Jennifer Waters is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Texas. She has worked at Urban Engineers, Inc., in Philadelphia, since graduating from Penn State University with a B.S. in Environmental Systems Engineering in 2001. Currently she serves as Office Manager and Associate Vice President for Urban’s Philadelphia office.

Over the past 18 years, Jennifer has performed Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, NEPA assessments, environmental regulatory compliance, environmental oversight, stormwater management, and sustainability studies. Her diverse environmental background includes infrastructure, residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and recreational property development/redevelopment projects. She also obtained her M.S. in Engineering Management from Drexel University in 2010. In role as Office Manager, Jennifer will be responsible for the viability and success of Urban’s Philadelphia office.

Throughout her environmental career, she has served as a board member on several professional organizations, including the Society of Women Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers Young Member Forum, and Delaware Valley Green Building Council.

Jennifer and a co-worker also began an internal group at her company called the Urban Women’s Professional Network (UWPN). The goal of this group is to provide professional guidance to women with our company through mentoring and networking.
