Andrea DeCola currently holds a position as Senior Account Manager with Eurofins Environment Testing America. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University in Environmental Science/Biology and has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Andrea’s experience in the environmental industry includes bench analytical, project management and business development for the environmental laboratory industry as well as business development for the environmental services/contracting industry. Andrea has served on the social committee as well as the fundraising committee for Touchstone Awards for SWEP. | Beth is a Director Of Business Development with Roux Associates, Inc. and experienced environmental professional with a demonstrated history of working in the environmental services industry. Beth has spent her career working in Environmental Awareness, Management, Water Resource Management, Environmental Policy, and Expert Witness areas of the industry and has served on multiple professional boards throughout her career. |
| Sonya Ward, PG, LSRP, CHMM, LRS, CGWPOperations Manager & Principal Hydrogeologist Tetra Tech, Inc. Sonya Ward, PG, LSRP, CHMM, LRS, CGWP is the Operations Manager & Principal Hydrogeologist at Tetra Tech, Inc. in Whitehouse Station. She received a Bachelor of Science in Geology with a chemistry minor from University of Louisiana (Monroe) and a Master of Science in Environmental Science (hydrogeology) from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Sonya has over 30 years’ experience assisting clients in site investigation and remediation, environmental compliance, due diligence, and risk-based closure. Her project experience includes work for utilities, the manufacturing, chemical, and petroleum sectors, and local and state agencies throughout the US, Canada, South America, Asia, and Europe. In addition to her involvement with SWEP of Greater Philadelphia, Sonya is also Chair of the National Chapter of SWEP, and serves on the New Jersey SWEP Steering Committee and co-chairs their Gala Committee. She is also a member of CIANJ, BCONE, and AHMP-NJ. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association. Sonya spends time away from work traveling, indulging her love of photography, volunteering for Bucks County Habitat for Humanity and coaching future home owners, and enjoying time with family and friends. |
| Marie Forney, PEOutreach Committee ChairEnvironmental Engineer Consultant PADEP Marie is an Environmental Engineer Consultant at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), working on NPDES permit administration and management. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and has over nine years of experience in the environmental industry. Besides NPDES and stormwater permitting work, her background has also included construction QA/QC oversight, data analysis, reporting, and design associated with environmental remediation projects. In addition, she has also worked in water quality monitoring, environmental sampling, and ecosystem restoration. Marie holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Saint Francis University and a MS in Ecological Engineering from SUNY-ESF. She has been a member of SWEP since 2018, is the Chair of the Outreach Committee, and has served on the Scholarship & Grants Committee. In her free time, Marie enjoys spending time with her family, playing online games, and writing poetry. |

Lindsey Chadderdon has been an active volunteer of SWEP GP since 2024 and held the Co-Chair of the Social Programs in 2025. Lindsey is a Staff Project Manager at ECS Group where she handles all aspects of remediation projects and commercial development projects. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Buffalo State University in Geology with a minor in Environmental Science minor, Lindsey enjoys using her curiosity, imagination and reflection to achieve her clients’ goals. In her free time, you can find Lindsey exploring local shops, up-cycling unique finds at antique and consignments, and catching up with friends at a coffee shop.
| Valerie Coghlan works at Clean Earth as Environmental Manager for the Soils and Dredge Division. Her responsibilities include ensuring each of the Soils and Dredge facilities are operating in compliance with environmental permits and local, state, and federal regulations. Valerie is a Board of Director for SWEP and also serves as the Chair for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Additionally, Valerie has recently joined the Environmental Advisory Committee for Tinicum Township, where her, her husband Michael, and their Labradoodle Zoe recently purchased their first home in September 2023. In her free time, Valerie enjoys practicing yoga, cooking for friends and family, and curling up with a good book. |

He serves as a Quality Assurance Chemist at Environmental Standards, Inc. | Laurel Klein is a Project Scientist at SLR Consulting where she specializes in Due Diligence Phase I & II ESAs including ground water sampling, soil sampling, and soil vapor intrusion assessments. She holds a BS in Environmental Science from Stockton University, with a minor in chemistry. Ms. Klein began her career following her graduation from Stockton in 2019. She has been a member of SWEP since 2019. |

Ann Mathew is an Environmental Scientist at Urban Engineers where she focuses on Due Diligence Phase I & Phase II ESAs, environmental permitting, and preparing NEPA documentation for transportation infrastructure projects. She holds a BS in Environmental Science from the University of South Florida. Outside of her involvement with SWEP, Ann is a Board Member for local non-profit Sustainable South Jersey and a Committee Member of WTS Philadelphia Programs Committee. | Amanda is a Civil Engineer with Howell Engineering, Surveying and Environmental as well as the president of ePhase (a Howell company). She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Messiah College with a concentration in environmental and has 10 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering work. As a Civil Project Manager, Amanda oversees the site plan preparation, design, and completion of land development projects. As the President of ePhase, Amanda performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments throughout the PA, DE, NJ area. |

Kayla Waldrup was a volunteer on the 2025 Touchstones Committee and Programs Committee after joining SWEP GP in January of 2025. Kayla is a Regulatory Analyst for Specialty Technical Consultants (STC) where she identifies, monitors and evaluates environmental, safety and health regulations for clients in various industries. In her free time, you can find Kayla coaching on the sidelines of a high-school field hockey game in Lancaster, PA or at a local coffee shop chatting with friends about the most recent book read.

She is an active member and has held committee positions with SWEP of Greater Philadelphia, BCONE, and MAREP. |
