SWEP GREATER PHILADELPHIA 2026 TOUCHSTONE AWARD RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP

SWEP Greater Philadelphia is seeking sponsors for our 2026 Touchstone Award Reception! Our Touchstone Award recipient for 2026 is not named yet - but we will celebrate her achievements, and the scholarship and grant recipients as well.

The reception will be held on November 5th at the Merion Station House in Merion Station, PA. Benefits of Sponsorship are dependent upon the sponsorship level and are outlined in the flyer below.

NOTE: If paid in full by 10/30/2026, you will be included in the slideshow, and if paid in full by the day of the event, you will be recognized at the event.

SWEP of Greater Philadelphia and SAME Philadelphia are joining forces again, for a fun day at Sedgley Woods Disc Golf Course!

No experience? No problem! Discs for first-time attendees will be provided.

New this year! We will have a competitive and a recreational league.

Best of all, proceeds benefit the education and mentoring funds of both organizations—helping us support the next generation of leaders.

PADEP Regulatory Update (09/17/2026)

SWEP of GP is pleased to announce that our incredibly popular event the “PADEP Regulatory Update” will be held on September 17th.

This one-day workshop will keep attendees informed about the PADEP’s priorities and plans, as well as the status of existing programs, and regulatory updates.

Presentation Topics include: updates to Act 2, Waste/Managed Fill, and Spill Response.

Registration:

Members: $55
Members w/ certificate of attendance: $60
Non-Members: $65
Non-Members w/ certificate of attendance: $70

Food:

Breakfast and drinks are provided.

Parking:

A parking garage is located adjacent to the PADEP SE Regional Office. Other options include daily parking lots or street meter parking. Parking cost is the responsibility of the registrant and is not included with event registration.
