Established in 2019, this key role works with all committee chairs to assist in building volunteer pools and correctly identifying SWEP Members who have interest in assisting in some capacity with the SWEP organization.

Linda Kardos (Volunteer)-
Linda Kardos is a Senior Environmental Specialist with PECO and graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Environmental Management. Linda has been an active member of SWEP for many years and looks forward to contributing to our technical programs committee.
Caitlin Kupp (Volunteer)-
Caitlin is a Project Manager at SSC. Since joining SSC, Caitlin has gained experience conducting green building certification projects, waste diversion analysis and supply chain audits for third party certifications. Prior to joining SSC, Caitlin helped coordinate environmental remediation projects and provided construction oversight. Caitlin graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science with minors in Energy Business and Finance, Marine Science, and Biology. Caitlin is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Engineering at Villanova University part-time and is expected to complete her degree by Spring 2019.
Erin Rodgers (Volunteer)-
Erin Rodgers is an Associate Principal Chemist with Environmental Standards, Inc. out of their Valley Forge, PA office. She has over 15 years of environmental laboratory and quality assurance experience. In this role, Ms. Rodgers is responsible for managing corporate laboratory programs for several industrial clients and routinely performs data validation, laboratory audits, performance evaluation studies, and forensic evaluations. Additionally, she can be found presenting and exhibiting at various conferences and trade shows and mentoring and training junior staff in the office. Erin received her BS from West Chester University.
Jordan Thorngren (Volunteer)-
Jordan Thorngren received her B.S. in Biological Sciences and M.S. in Environmental Toxicology from Southern Illinois University, with a thesis research focusing on the fate and relative risk of agrochemicals. Jordan worked at an environmental CRO in Missouri prior to moving to the Philadelphia area to pursue a career in the environmental laboratory services industry with Eurofins QC, LLC. Jordan is currently the Laboratory Operations Director, where she serves as the subject matter expert for our Aquatic Toxicology services and leads a multi-site team of microbiologists serving municipal, manufacturing, and residential clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
